Using CNC Router I cut out all the leading edge nose pieces out of 1/4 plywood. The parts turn out very nice with perfect alignment across the set. After cutting them and ripping the leading edge strip needed I glue 1/4 square spruce strips to the mounting edge to be used to glue to the front spar. Glue them in place, tack nailed to ensure placement and used para-cord to hold in place until the glue was dry/set. Only first wing assembled right now but all of them cut for both.
