Built the control horn for my rudder with my brother while he was visiting!
I decided to build the control horn and when we got into it realized I was missing the lower elevator aluminum support that it is supposed to mount too! Not sure how I missed adding that so ended up adding that support along with the needed gussets to hold it into place.
The finished product looks really good and we had fun building it but since I probably will not use my rudder probably will not use this :(. I will explain that in another blog post where I am working on the rudder fuselage mount.
