Using printed supplemental drawings from Iron Designs I build my rib jig.  After using Fusion 360 to configure/layout the profile for the ribs I cut out the top curve using my CNC Routing machine.  A layered of plexiglass is used on top of the drawing.  Also, 3D printed locking widgets were added to hold parts in place during assembly.
