Making gussets for ribs using a home-built CO2 laser cutter. Cut out a set of Gussets for each rib as I built them. I saw no reason to pre-cut all of them when it only took a minute to fire up the laser and create another set :). Designed the gussets on Fusion 360 using a reference supplemental plan set provided by IronDesign.
